Public Events
Whenever possible, Hotsos tries to find a customer host for each educational event. Customer hosts provide a comfortable, professional environment for our students, and hosts of Hotsos events enjoy discount opportunities.

Private Events
In addition to courses that are open for enrollment to the general public, Hotsos also offers private events. We teach private events from our standard curriculum, or we can customize a course to meet your particular needs.

Classroom Logistics
Hotsos uses a traditional classroom setup that varies by course format mainly the extent to which Internet access is required. Laboratory-based courses naturally have a stronger requirement for classroom on-line access. The following list describes our classroom setup requirements:
Projection screen. We can bring our own video projector. Please let us know if you would permit us to use your video projector with resolution of 1024×768 or better.
Paper flip chart with pens. We prefer a paper chart if possible, but a whiteboard is also acceptable.
Wireless microphones for two instructors, if required by classroom size or acoustics.
Ethernet port for Hotsos instructors. We can bring our own hub. Please let us know if more than one connection can be made available.
Ethernet ports for students (optional for some courses).
Classroom-style seating arrangement, with comfortable seats and sufficient personal space for students' course materials.
Student and instructor access to lunch.
Student and instructor access to restrooms, coffee, water, juice, sodas during breaks.
