Fees
Symposium
Symposium registration includes:
- Access to all conference sessions, Monday through Wednesday
- Presentation materials, hardbound as well as online
- Conference proceedings
- Sunday evening Welcome Reception during registration, which includes appetizers
- Welcome bag at time of registration
- Daily Continental breakfast, mid-morning/afternoon snacks and full buffet lunch from Monday through Wednesday
- Symposium Tuesday night celebration and dinner
Pricing
- $1095, if registering on or before January 4, 2008
- $1295, if registering on or before February 15, 2008
- $1450, if registering after February 15, 2008
Optional Training Day
- $500
Registration Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled on or before January 4, 2008
- 50% refund if cancelled between January 5, 2008 and February 15, 2008
- Cancellations submitted February 16, 2008 and after will not be refunded.
